What you buy
Ranked matchmaking access is a one-time $1.00 digital purchase from mocket league. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
Ranked access is sold as a one-time $1.00 purchase to signed-in players and is tied to the buyer's account.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund of the one-time $1.00 ranked access purchase within 24 hours of purchase.
To ask for a refund, email open-road@foundable.app from the address you used to buy, with the subject "Refund request" and the date of purchase.
Once a refund is approved, it reaches your original payment method in 3 to 5 days.
When a refund is made, ranked access for that purchase ends.
Payments made without signing in are not linked to a player account, so please sign in before you buy.
Free solo play and private rooms are never charged and are not affected by this policy.
This policy is governed by the laws of the United States.
